The most spectacular arena show of Latvian hip-hop pioneer Ozols’ two-decade-long career has been immortalized in a nearly two-hour concert film. It brings viewers back to the electrifying atmosphere of Arena Riga on the night of December 28, 2023, allowing them to relive the biggest local hip-hop event of the year in stunning detail.

Directed by Rolands Rekke, No Rajona Līdz Arēnai is more than just a concert recording. It compiles Ozols’ most significant musical achievements over 20+ years, alongside insights and reflections from fellow musicians and collaborators who took part in the grand event. The film follows the show’s standout moments, unfolding in two parts: the first highlights a unique collaboration with Latvijas Radio Bigband and Kristīne Prauliņa, while the second fully embraces the essence of hip-hop, offering a retrospective journey through Ozols’ most iconic works. The performance features an impressive lineup of guest artists, including Dons, Gustavo, Čižiks, Kurts, ansis, rolands če, Prusax, xantikvariāts, Steps, Hotte, Edavārdi, Rick Feds, and Niklāvz.

Captured through sixteen camera angles, the film allows fans to experience legendary hits such as Rajons, Cīņa, O.Z.O.Ls, and fresh anthems like 8 pa 8, 1979, and Pazudušais Dēls. The grand performance also includes powerful duets—”Salauzta sirds” (feat. Dons) and “Tagad tikai sākās” (feat. Gustavo and Čižiks). Beyond the main stage, the film offers a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse into the Arena Riga backstage, unveiling the raw emotions, atmosphere, and energy leading up to the unforgettable night.
