“Otrā Plāna Aktrise” serves as a preview of Rīgas Modes’ upcoming album, set for release in the first half of next year. The new track follows previously released singles “Kalifornija” and “Mīla Uz Mūžu”, both of which shape the sonic direction of the forthcoming album.

“This song has been living in our minds for about 10 years. We first recorded a demo while working on our debut album Fantastiski, but at the time, we were in a completely different creative space and simply weren’t ready for it. In a way, Otrā Plāna Aktrise is a reward for everyone who has been with us throughout this journey. Some may have heard its Springsteen-inspired guitar motif when we tune up before concerts, so we’re excited to finally reveal what lies behind it,” the band members share.
